When you visit or make a purchase from nyxera.shop, we may collect:

Worldwide Delivery: NYXERA ships internationally.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Estimates:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return new and unworn full-price items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to a NYXERA error (defective or incorrect item).

How to Return:

Email info@nyxera.shop with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.

NYXERA offers exchanges exclusively for size swaps.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
Requests for a size swap must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, except when the item is defective or incorrect.
Replacement items will be shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered toward future NYXERA purchases.
Important: Exchanges for a different item (other than a size swap) are not allowed. To get a different product, you must apply for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact info@nyxera.shop immediately. We will cover shipping and provide a replacement or refund promptly.

International Shipping Notes

Customs, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary due to local shipping services or customs processing.
